The Tooele Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, regarding a conditional use permit request for Mountain America Credit Union. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall.
The request, submitted by Brook Bean on behalf of Mountain America Credit Union, seeks authorization for an accessory drive-through facility. The proposal also includes relocating Janna’s Java to the north side of the property, which would also feature an accessory drive-through facility.
The property is located at approximately 47 East 400 North and consists of roughly 1.91 acres within a GC General Commercial zone.
