Road work at Campus Drive and Ranches Parkway begins Wednesday, October 14.

Work will take place outside peak travel hours, from 10 AM to 3 PM, to help minimize traffic impacts.

Left Turn Lane Closure

The left-turn lane into Maverik on northbound Ranches Parkway will be closed while crews remove the median and curb.

Right Lane Closure

A right-turn closure is planned from Ranches Parkway to SR-73. More details will be shared as the work progresses.

Construction in this area is expected to continue through spring 2027, with additional lane closures planned throughout the project. Eagle Mountain City will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Please use caution when traveling through the work zone and allow extra time for your commute.
