Entrata announced the launch of Entrata Pro during its annual Entrata Summit on September 14 in Lehi, Utah. The new elevated agentic platform tier introduces advanced AI capabilities across the Entrata OS to assist multifamily operators.
Entrata Pro incorporates four specific capabilities: ELI Console, Agent Studio, Analytics, and AI Admin. These tools function across the Entrata Operations Experience Platform (OXP) and Resident Experience Platform (RXP), connecting AI across systems used for leasing, renewals, maintenance, and payments. According to CEO Adam Edmunds, the platform aims to move toward Autonomous Property Management by combining existing company data and processes with AI agents to increase efficiency while maintaining user control.
The platform offers several specialized tools for property management. The ELI Console enables users to ask questions in plain language to receive answers based on company data, citing specific sources. Agent Studio allows operators to build and manage conversational or operational AI agents using standard operating procedures and specific brand tones. Additionally, Analytics combines structured and unstructured data to surface trends and activity, while AI Admin provides centralized oversight, including an audit trail of AI interactions and cost tracking by group, model, property, or owner.
