'Life-threatening' flash floods possible after warning issued in Zion National Park
A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for parts of Washington County that includes Zion National Park and surrounding areas on Sunday. 5 and 1 inch of rain having already fallen. According to the NWS, life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses are possible.

The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning for parts of Kane and Washington counties, including Zion National Park, Springdale and Rockville. Sunday. It covered west-central Kane County and east-central Washington County, an area with an estimated population of 1,741 people and one school.
