The 2026 Stansbury Days Triathlon and 5k Run was held on August 15 in Stansbury Park. The event included a sprint triathlon and a 5k run, utilizing courses around Stansbury Lake.
The triathlon featured a point-to-point open-water swim in Stansbury Lake and a bike course that traveled through Stansbury Park and Erda. The run portion of the triathlon and the standalone 5k run shared the same course around Stansbury Lake.
Registration for the event was capped at 125 participants for the triathlon due to limited transition space. Participants in the event received race bags, t-shirts, finisher medals, and post-race food.
The event took place at Solomon Park and Northport Park in Tooele County. Awards were held at the Porter Way Park pavilion following the race.
