Entrata announced in a report published October 6 that its October release adds Entrata Pro and more than 300 new features across Entrata Core and Entrata Pro. The update introduces new AI capabilities designed to integrate directly into lease files, ledgers, and resident records.
The Entrata Pro platform, which was introduced last month at the Entrata Summit 2026, serves as a new tier alongside Entrata Core. According to Catherine Wong, COO and CPO at Entrata, the company is building AI into the operating system so that context is carried forward through the work, allowing teams to maintain visibility and control.
Entrata Pro includes the ELI Console, which answers questions using company data and cites its sources, and Agent Studio, which allows operators to set up agents using standard operating procedures, voice, and approval rules. Additionally, AI Admin provides an exportable audit trail of AI interactions, including the specific model used and the reasoning provided. The platform also features Analytics, which combines Entrata data with an operator's own data sources to show why changes occurred.
The October release also includes features aimed at the lease file, the general ledger, and maintenance conversations. A new Lease File Audit tool reads lease PDFs to compare terms with billing data to identify missed revenue or overcharge risks. This tool is capable of working on properties not yet on Entrata, such as those under acquisition due diligence.
For financial management, Advanced Budgeting brings multi-year forecasting tied to the general ledger, allowing teams to build models and adjust assumptions like growth and occupancy. The update also features ELI+ Orchestrator, which provides conversational agents with shared context and a consistent voice across digital channels and calls. This tool can collect maintenance details, open work orders, and transfer calls without losing the thread of the conversation.
Entrata is a leading operating system for multifamily communities worldwide. Since 2003, the company has provided property management software covering the entire leasing lifecycle and currently serves millions of residents in communities globally.
