The Park City Council won’t be expanding bus service to Quinn’s Junction this winter. Councilmembers want to wait until Studio Crossing housing is finished. During a meeting Oct. The change would fill a gap left by High Valley Transit’s 102 and 106 commuter routes, which serve the Park City Hospital in the morning and evening.
