The Lehi City Planning Commission scheduled public hearings for June 11, 2026, to receive public comment on various development and zoning items. The meeting was set to occur at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East.
Several property and zoning requests are up for review. TN Contracting LLC requested a review of the Prestwich Zone Change for 1.09 acres at 2004 North 900 West to change the zoning from RA-1 to R-2. Additionally, Deborah Walker requested a review for the Walker Zone Change on 2.58 acres at 915 West State Street, seeking to change the zoning from R-1-8 to C-H (Heavy Commercial).
Development projects including the Cortese Preliminary Subdivision by Grow Development is under consideration. This 8-lot residential development is located at 1450 West 1220 North in the R-1-22 zone.
Trademark Visual has requested conditional use approval for two pylon signs for The Collective commercial development at 1050 West Sunrise Way, which includes a request for an exception regarding sign area and greater height.
Lehi City also submitted requests for Development Code Amendments. One request involves updating regulations for Automobile Sales businesses in Table 05.030-B and Section 12.130. Another requested amendment to Chapter 12, Chapter 39, Table 05.030A, and Table 05.030B seeks to add a Neighborhood Exchange Structure Use.
