The Dallas Cowboys offensive skill position players are currently gathered in Park City, Utah, for their annual retreat. The event serves to strengthen player bonds before the team arrives in Oxnard, California, for the start of training camp on July 27.
While the Cowboys return all 11 offensive starters this season, the retreat is intended to ensure the skill position group remains on the same page ahead of the 2026 NFL season.
Tight end Jake Ferguson shared a clip of the gathering on social media, noting that the annual offensive skill group retreat is underway.
Players participating in the Utah retreat include tight ends Jake Ferguson, Luke Schoonmaker, and Brevyn Spann-Ford, running back Jaydon Blue, and wide receiver Marques Valdes-Scantling. Backup quarterback Joe Milton III is also in attendance.
The retreat may hold particular importance for Milton, Schoonmaker, and Valdes-Scantling, as all three players will be competing for roster spots once training camp commences.
The Cowboys are scheduled to begin their training camp schedule in Oxnard on July 27. The team's preseason activities include joint practices with the LA Rams and New Orleans, leading up to their season opener against the New York Giants on September 13.
