A pipeline is in need of immediate repair. This notice will provide information regarding an EMERGENCY water shutdown as follows:
Affected Streets: Canfield Dr. from Washington Blvd. to Porter Ave., Ogden Ave. from Canfield Dr. to 1250 N.
Service Restoration Estimate: 4:15 PM 8/19/2026
Hydrants in the area will be affected.
As a result of this shutdown this area could experience discolored water. When this occurs, we recommend that you run the cold water faucet in your bathtub until the water clears. This will help flush your home’s water lines. We recommend that you do not use your hot water until the water runs clear. We recommend that you do not wash light colored laundry until the water runs clear.

Water crews will also be flushing lines in the area once the emergency repairs are complete. Please notify us if the discolored water continues.
