The City Center Form-Based Code Architectural Review Committee met on June 25, 2026, to address business items and discuss potential future meetings, according to meeting minutes published August 28.
During the meeting, the committee approved the minutes from January 29, 2026, following administrative changes.
Planning Manager Zach Smallwood presented an agenda item regarding a request from Rockworth Companies to amend a previously approved plan. Smallwood stated that staff is currently working on a text amendment with the Planning Commission concerning interior entrances.
In response to inquiries from committee member Andy Hulka, Smallwood clarified that the committee will review the new plan, while the Planning Commission maintains responsibility for reviewing the text amendment.
The next meeting for the committee was scheduled for July 30, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. MDT in the Poplar Conference Room #151, located at 10 East 4800 South, Murray, Utah.
