The Goshen Valley Local District Board of Trustees will hold a budget hearing meeting on Oct. 15, 2026, according to an Oct. 1 notice. The meeting is scheduled to take place from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. both in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The meeting will be held at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West in Elberta, Utah. Members of the public interested in attending virtually may contact the Goshen Valley Local District Clerk at 801-715-9149 to receive a meeting invitation with a link via email.
The agenda for the meeting includes a welcome and roll call, a statement of conflict of interest by the board or staff, and public comment. Trustees will also consider the approval of the July 9, 2026, board meeting minutes and discuss other business.
A primary focus of the session is budget review. This will involve a review of the current 2026 budget and potential amendments, as well as a review of the tentative 2027 budget. The meeting will be held in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act.

The next meeting for the Goshen Valley Local District is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 12, 2026, and will include a public hearing.
