New trial dates have been set for Ryan Bate, the man accused of killing two Tremonton-Garland police officers in 2025. Bate, 33, faces two counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of Officer Eric Estrada and Sgt. Lee Sorensen, who were shot and killed Aug. 17, 2025, while responding to a domestic disturbance at Bate’s home.
