A man has died while searching independently for a woman missing since January, according to the Carbon County Sheriff's Office.
The Carbon County Sheriff's Office reported Monday that Joshua Dovayak, 48, lost his life during his efforts to find DeEtte Spencer.
The CCSO stated that Dovayak tragically lost his life after self-deploying to search for the 70-year-old woman.
Spencer was last seen in late January.
