Below are some of my Day One decrees, effective immediately. So decreed! Mail is delivered to homes in essentially all the rest of the United States. But not in Park City. Instead, we are required to pay substantial fees for post office boxes to receive the mail not delivered to our homes.

Please accept this letter as my strong urging to deny any and all special exceptions for the present plan for an apartment development on the Bonanza 5-acre parcel as presented to the Park City Planning Commission in the regularly scheduled meeting on Aug. I attended the meeting and listened to the presentations by both the staff and developer.
