(Brighton, UT) — Flooding is affecting multiple parts of Utah. Big Cottonwood Canyon is closed to uphill traffic while crews work to clear SR-190. In Southern Utah, there were flash flood warnings issued yesterday afternoon for parts of Kane and Washington counties.
