Residents of San Juan County were warned not to travel Sunday evening, because of impassable roads and “significant and historic flooding,” county officials said. The county in Utah’s southeast corner was expected to see more widespread rain through Monday with “excessive runoff” that would increase flood risks, the county posted Sunday afternoon on Facebook.
