The Lehi City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on September 24, 2026, to review several development proposals and land use amendments, according to a September 15 notice. The meeting is set for 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East.
The agenda includes a request by Cole Peck to review the Lakeview Land and Rock General Plan Amendment at approximately 600 South 600 East, which proposes changing the designation from Low Density Residential to Commercial and Heavy Commercial. Additionally, Windy City Development has requested a review for the Spring Meadow Villas Preliminary PRD Subdivision, a 71-lot residential development located at 1630 S 500 E.
Other items on the agenda involve DR Horton, which has submitted two requests. One involves an amendment to the Skye Area Plan to update the number of ERUs allowed in the Mixed Use 1 Area without increasing overall units in the Inverness area. A second request from DR Horton seeks approval for the Inverness Preliminary Plat E, which includes 405 townhome units near Center Street and Traverse Terrace Road and requests a substitution for required amenities.
Additional items include a conditional use approval request from Clark Robinson for the Inclined Indoor Wingsuit Lehi Concept Plan at 2959 North Triumph Boulevard, which includes exceptions to the 40% glass requirement. McClure Engineering is also seeking conditional use approval for the Lehi Taco Bell site plan at 1937 North 3600 West, also requesting exceptions to the 40% glass requirement.
