The Lehi City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 24, 2026, to review several land use and development requests, according to a September 14 statement. The meeting is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East.
The scheduled agenda includes a request from Cole Peck to review the Lakeview Land and Rock General Plan Amendment. This request involves changing the designation for the area near 600 South 600 East from Low Density Residential to Commercial and Heavy Commercial.
Windy City Development has requested a review for the Spring Meadow Villas Preliminary PRD Subdivision, a 71-lot residential development located at 1630 S 500 E. Additionally, DR Horton has proposed an amendment to the Skye Area Plan to update the number of ERUs allowed in the Mixed Use 1 Area, though the request does not increase overall units in the Inverness area.
Other items on the agenda involve conditional use requests. Clark Robinson is seeking approval for the Inclined Indoor Wingsuit Lehi Concept Plan at 2959 North Triumph Boulevard in the Commercial zone, including exceptions to the 40% glass requirement. McClure Engineering is also seeking conditional use approval for the Lehi Taco Bell site plan at 1937 North 3600 West, which also requests exceptions to the 40% glass requirement.
The commission will also consider a request from DR Horton for the approval of Inverness Preliminary Plat E. This project involves 405 townhome units located near Center Street and Traverse Terrace Road and includes a request for a substitution for required amenities.
