The Delta City Council is scheduled to meet on Sept. 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to conduct business including discussions on water capital facilities and local land developments.
The meeting agenda includes a consent agenda involving the approval of minutes from the Sept. 2, 2026, meeting and the approval of accounts payable, payroll, and electronic disbursements totaling $420,111.09 for Sept. 15, 2026.
Mayor Bogue is scheduled to lead a discussion and consideration for approval regarding Ordinance 26-342, the Delta City Culinary Water Capital Facilities Plan. Other agenda items include a discussion regarding the Black Hills Range Complex and a discussion regarding Souvall Investments and a park parcel located within a development. Shay Morrison is also scheduled for an introduction and alignment regarding R6 Regional Advisor.
The meeting will be held at 76 N 200 W, Delta, UT 84624. The City Council may also commence a closed meeting pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-204 and Section 52-4-205.
