The Oakley Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to discuss a plat amendment and a conditional use permit, according to a July 23 notice. The meeting is set for 6:00 p.m. at 960 W. Center Street and will also be available via ZOOM.
The hearing will address a plat amendment for Elkhorn Ranch Subdivision, Lot 2, which proposes a change or addition to a building envelope. The notice stated that no easement or right-of-way would be affected by this amendment.
Additionally, the commission will consider a conditional use permit for a 2,310 square foot accessory building intended for personal indoor recreation use, per Oakley City Code 13-4-19.
Public comments are permitted during the hearing and are limited to three minutes. Comments may also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com for review by Commissioners prior to the meeting.
