Applications opened on July 5, 2026, for the Leadership Park City program. The initiative welcomes approximately 35 people each year who identify as leaders within the community.
The Leadership Park City program is a one-year training session focused on civic and leadership development. It aims to connect participants with key stakeholders and the issues affecting the local community.
Applicants for the program must live or work in Park City and Summit County. The curriculum allows members to learn about the inner workings of the local community and includes travel to a western mountain town to meet with local leaders.
The program has a history of over 900 successful leaders. Those interested in applying for future classes outside of the current application timeframe can email paige.galvin@parkcity.gov with their name, email, and phone number to be notified when applications reopen.
