The Levan Town Park offered several recreational amenities including a full playground, pavilions, a baseball park, and a splash pad. The facility also provided much shade for visitors.

Pavilion Rental Rates and Terms
The large pavilion within the Levan Town Park was available for event rentals. Residents could rent the pavilion for day use at a rate of $30.00, while non-residents were charged $500.00 for day use.
Reservation Booking Procedures
Reservations were handled on a first come first serve basis and required payment to be held. Residents were permitted to make reservations up to 12 months in advance, whereas non-residents could book up to 10 months in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation policy stated that reservations cancelled more than two weeks before the scheduled date received a 90% refund, with 10% retained for processing. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the reservation received no refund.
Park Hours and Vehicle Rules
Specific rules governed the use of the park. The park opened at 5:00 A.M. and closed at 11:30 P.M. All vehicles, motorcycles, and ATVs were required to stay on roads or in parking areas.
Pet and Prohibited Activity Rules
Dogs were permitted but had to remain on a leash at all times, and owners were responsible for cleaning up after them. The park prohibited fires, the discharge of weapons without prior Town Council approval, and fireworks without prior Town Council approval. Additionally, slides were not to be used as waterslides.
In accordance with the Utah clean air act, the Levan Town Park was a tobacco and alcohol free place.
Overnight camping was not allowed at the Levan Town Park. For those seeking overnight camping, the town directed individuals to contact Rollin' Home RV Park or Jones High Country RV Camp located in Nephi.
Rental of the park applied only to the large pavilion and parking spaces. The remainder of the park, including the small pavilion, playground, ball diamond, and splash pad, remained available for public use.
