The Cedar City Board of Adjustments is scheduled to meet on Monday, September 14, 2026, according to a September 4 notice. The meeting will take place at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street in Cedar City, Utah.
The meeting agenda includes several requests for consideration. These include a request for a home occupation Reiki business for Life Happy Reiki at approximately 335 South 900 West, and a request for a home occupation lash business for Lashes and Lams by Kin at approximately 2087 North 325 West, Unit 13. Additionally, a variance request has been submitted for an enclosed garage and side setbacks at approximately 490 South Rose Hill Road.
