The council will consider several action items during the meeting. These include Resolution 26-26, which would authorize an interlocal agreement with Weber County to provide election services for Roy City for upcoming primary and general elections. The council will consider Ordinance No. 26-14 regarding a development agreement with Cole West LLC to allow for 24 single-family dwellings on smaller lots across parcel numbers 09-035-0006 and 09-035-0021.
