Chartwells Dining Services continues to provide dining services for the University of Utah and its community. The provider operates 16 different dining locations across the campus and offers catering capabilities for various events.

From simple breakfasts to reception dinners, the service offers popular menu selections online and can custom design menus for special occasions.
List of primary dining locations
The dining services include a wide range of locations such as the Olpin Union Union Food Court and Crimson View, Carolyn and Kem Gardner Commons featuring Carolyn’s Kitchen and Carolyn’s Pantry, and Lund Commons in the CRCC. Other notable sites include the Honors Market at Marriott Honors Community, Counsel Café at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, and Heritage Dining Hall and Crimson Corner at the Peterson Heritage Center.

Additional campus locations include Freshens at the Student Life Center, Café Madsen in the SFE Business Building, The England Hub in the Health Science Education Building, The Hive Pizzeria, SBSB Outtakes in the Social Behavioral Science Tower, Michael Caldwell Blockchain Café in the Garff Executive Education Building, and Miller Café in Lassonde Studios.
Meal plans and catering availability
In addition to standard dining, services include commuter meal plans for students, staff, and faculty living off-campus, as well as the Heritage Center All You Care to Eat dining room. Catering options are available online at utah.catertrax.com for events such as wedding receptions and summer conferences.

Other offerings include a discounted student menu for affiliates with ASUU, student employment opportunities, and a partnership with the Office of Sustainability. The service utilizes professionally trained chefs and local products to serve the university.
