The North Ogden City Council scheduled a meeting for August 11, 2026, to address several municipal topics, according to a notice posted August 6. The meeting is set to take place at 6:00 PM at the Public Safety Building located at 515 E 2600 N in North Ogden.
The agenda includes a presentation on the 2026 Code Enforcement by Police Chief Brian Eynon. Council members will also consider the Fiscal Year 2026-2026 Third Quarter Financial Report, presented by Finance Director Peter Brown.
Key discussion items include a memorandum of understanding between the North Ogden Police Department and Youth Futures. This partnership aims to improve services for at-risk, homeless, and runaway youth in the North Ogden area. Additionally, the council will discuss housing options for City-owned property located on the west side of 450 E. between 2900 N. and 3100 N., led by Community and Economic Development Director Scott Hess.
Further discussions are scheduled regarding the potential sale of City-owned property to assist in funding the construction of Barker Park. City Manager/Attorney Jon Call is slated to present this item.
