Ogden School District has announced a transition in student technology monitoring. The district is moving from GoGuardian to Blocksi for its student internet filtering, classroom screen monitoring, and parent dashboard portal.
The announcement regarding the change in student technology monitoring was made on July 10, 2026.
Additionally, East Ridge Elementary School has released its bell schedule for the upcoming school year. The schedule indicates that school opens and breakfast is served at 8:10 AM, followed by a warning bell at 8:25 AM. The school day officially begins when the tardy bell rings at 8:30 AM, with dismissal scheduled for 2:30 PM.
Earlier this year, Ogden School District adjusted several elementary school boundaries north of 12th Street, including East Ridge, following the opening of the new Hillcrest Elementary.
The district also continues to offer a Dual Language Immersion program designed to develop academic and language fluency in both English and a second language.
