The Milford City Council has scheduled a special work session for August 26, 2026, according to a notice published August 24. The meeting is set to begin at 8:00 AM at the Milford City Administrative Office located at 26 South 100 West.
The agenda for the session includes a presentation from Torus. Additionally, the council will discuss a development agreement request involving Neal Matthews and Bretten Lozano regarding sewer development and a minor subdivision for parcel 0005-0014-0018.
During the meeting, the City Council may adjourn to an Executive Session as permitted by Utah Code Annotated provisions §52-4-204 and §52-4-205. Electronic or telephone participation is not available for this meeting of the public body.
