Utah State University Facilities is managing several active construction and maintenance projects throughout the campus. These efforts are part of the department's mission to provide an environment for education, innovative learning, and global application.
Ongoing Campus Construction Projects
Current campus activity includes ongoing construction at the Old Main Building, which is scheduled through August 31, 2026. Additionally, window replacements are underway at the Lundberg Building and are expected to continue until mid-July 2026.
Transportation and Parking Updates
Transportation and parking updates indicate that road construction is occurring on Aggie Boulevard through mid-August 2026. Parking lot repaving is also in progress at both the Student Health & Wellness Center and the Campus Community area, with the latter scheduled to continue through August 2026.
Parking Lot Closures and Building Notices
The ITS Parking Lot is currently closed for an unspecified duration until completion. Other notable building updates include construction notices for the Engineering Lab Building and the SER Building, both of which involve ongoing work through the summer months.
Upcoming Electrical and Facility Shutdowns
Looking ahead, an electrical shutdown is scheduled for the Engineering Lab Building on July 07, 2026. Users should also note a bathroom closure at the Engineering Lab Building from June 15 through July 6, 2026.
