The Nibley City Council has released an agenda for its upcoming meeting scheduled for Sept. 17, 2026, according to a September 15 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 6:30 PM MT at Nibley City Hall.
The agenda includes discussions and considerations for several ordinances. These include a second reading of Ordinance 26-13, which concerns amending NCC 19.24.150 regarding permitted signs, including provisions for political and temporary signage, setbacks, and permit requirements. The council will also consider Ordinance 26-12 for the adoption of NCC 19.50 regarding the expiration of inactive applications.
Other items on the agenda include the first reading of Resolution 26-17 to accept the 2026 Fraud Risk Assessment. The council will also discuss law enforcement, code enforcement, and animal control, and will hold a workshop regarding the lease of city-owned properties. Additionally, the council will consider authorizing staff to enter into a contract for the Nibley 1200 West City Park - East concepts and design phase 1.
