The Nibley City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2026, to discuss proposed changes to land-use application appeal authority, according to a September 14 notice.
The hearing, which is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM MT at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S, will focus on Ordinance 26-14. This ordinance seeks to amend NCC 19.24.090 and 19.28.060 to redesignate the appeal authority for certain land-use applications.
Interested parties may submit written, printed, or emailed comments by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Comments can be sent to Nibley City by mail or via email to talonb@nibleycity.gov. Individuals may also provide comments in person during the public hearing.
