The Utah County Board of Health is scheduled to hold a meeting on Sept. 28, 2026, according to a Sept. 25 notice. The session is set to run from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 151 S. University Ave., Ste. 2500, in Provo.
The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes an update on Utah County Health Department finances and a review of the 2025 Opioid Prevention Annual Report. Additionally, the board is expected to consider adopting Regulation 26-02, which pertains to wastewater holding tank and plumbing requirements for mobile food businesses. The board will also discuss authorizing an amendment to Regulation 16-02 regarding household hazardous waste.
Other scheduled items for the meeting include the approval of minutes from July 27, 2026, and potential changes to the fee schedules for nursing, environmental health, and health promotions. The board will also address employee changes and other items as they arise. Public comments will be accepted at the conclusion of the meeting.
