NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION

PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public

hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the

hearing is to consider a conditional use application by Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District

for a Conditional Use Permit for an Utility facility on this property located at 4772 S. Naniloa

Dr in the Public Use zone.

Please note, this meeting will be held at City of Holladay’s temporary location,

3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek Utah.

The request is to evaluate the use of the property as a water treatment plant for drinking water in

accordance with the approval standards for a conditional use permit outlined in Chapter

§13.08.040 of the City of Holladay Municipal Code, and apply conditions to mitigate any

impacts of the proposed use.

The packet with information regarding this application will be available for public inspection on

the City’s website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during

normal business hours three days prior to the scheduled meeting.

The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or

to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:

1. In-person attendance at Holladay City Hall or

2. Email your comments by 5:00 PM on the date of the meeting to cmarsh@holladayut.gov or

call 801-527-3890.
