The proposed ordinance seeks to amend Section 15.24.040 and add new sections 15.24.045, 15.24.046, 15.24.047, and 15.24.048. These changes involve the regulation of mobile homes, travel trailers, recreational vehicles, boats, camping trailers, truck campers, and motor homes.
The hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah. Interested citizens may appear in person to offer support or opposition, with each individual allowed a reasonable amount of time to comment.
