Big Water is scheduled to hold a public hearing to amend Title 15 of the municipal zoning code, according to a August 27 notice. The proposed changes involve regulations for recreational vehicle use and mobile homes.
The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah. The proposed ordinance seeks to amend section 15.24.040 and add sections 15.24.045, 15.24.046, 15.24.047, and 15.24.048.
The amendments concern the location and limited use of several items, including mobile homes, travel trailers, recreational vehicles, boats, camping trailers, truck campers, and motor homes.
