The South Jordan Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for August 25, 2026, to review a preliminary subdivision application, according to a notice posted August 13.
The hearing is set to begin at 6:30 PM at South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive. The meeting will address the Park Place Phase 5 Preliminary Subdivision, identified as PLPP202600059, located at 11011 S 1055 W, with Derek Rindlisbacher listed as the applicant.

Public comment for the meeting is limited to in-person or written submissions. Written comments must be sent to Greg Schindler at gschindler@sjc.utah.gov by 12:00 p.m. on August 25, 2026. Attachments sent via email must be under 20 Mb in size.
