The Lake Point City Council is scheduled to hold a public business meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026, according to a September 4 notice. The meeting is slated to begin at 6:00 PM at the Lake Point Fire Station, located at 1528 Sunset Rd, Lake Point, UT 84074.
The agenda for the meeting includes an enforcement ordinance draft presentation for discussion. Additionally, the council will hear reports and presentations from the Tooele County Sheriff's Office and the North Tooele Fire District. The council also plans to approve the minutes from meetings held on Aug. 12, 2026, and Aug. 26, 2026.
Public comment is available for individuals to address the council on topics not listed on the agenda. Written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder before or during the public comment period. The council may also enter a closed session if needed for purposes listed under Utah Code 52-4-205.
