SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Happy Sunday, Utah! Tropical Storm Rachel will continue its march northward into Utah this afternoon and evening. Rachel will bring with it the potential for heavy rainfall amounts along with gusty and potentially damaging winds across the state.
