According to the newsletter, the publication serves as a monthly resource to inform citizens of Eureka and surrounding areas about current community events and news. The city also provides space for business advertisements at various rates, including 1/8 page for $3.00, 1/4 page for $6.00, 1/2 page for $12.00, and full-page options for $24.00.
