Burton Elementary celebrated its office staff on April 22, 2026, in recognition of National Administrative Professionals Day. The school highlighted the contributions of its administrative team members who support the school community.
Office Assistant Whitney, who has worked for Davis School District for three years, noted her enjoyment of interacting with everyone who visits the office. She shared a personal interest in monsters, specifically Godzilla and the Loch Ness monster.
Office Assistant Debbie is entering her seventh year at Burton. She stated that she enjoys being the first point of contact for students and families to create a welcoming environment. Her interests include hiking, paddleboarding, boating with family, and exploring the California coast where she grew up, as well as cheering for her child's lacrosse teams.
Office Manager Kerri is in her ninth year with Davis School District. She remarked that her various positions have provided insight into the dedication and impact of the school staff. She also identified herself as a science enthusiast.
Burton Elementary expressed gratitude for the warmth, kindness, and support provided by the office staff, stating that they make the school a better place for everyone.
