The Huntsville Town Council scheduled a regular meeting and closed session for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the Huntsville Town Hall, located at 7474 E. 200 S. The meeting was announced in a notice published August 24.
The meeting agenda included a welcome by Mayor Sorensen and a pledge of allegiance. Residents were allotted three minutes for public comments.
Council members were scheduled to discuss and take action on several items, including the approval of up to $7,000 for a sign project that includes installation. Additionally, the council was scheduled to discuss and take action on approving up to $90,000 for road repair.
Following the public meeting, a motion was scheduled to close the session to open a closed meeting regarding pending or imminent litigation.
