The Providence City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for August 12, 2026, to discuss a proposed rezoning application, according to a notice published July 30.
The application involves rezoning parcels 02-090-0008, 02-090-0009, and 03-002-0016, which are located in the general area of 890 W 300 S in Providence, Utah. The proposal seeks to change the designation of these parcels from Life Cycle Residential (LCR) to Mixed Use (MXD).
The hearing will take place at 6:00 p.m. at 164 N Gateway Dr. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for interested individuals to offer comments before any action is taken.
