The Karl Malone Training Center, located at 525 East 200 South in Lehi, has operated for more than 11 years since its establishment in April 2015. Originally approved by Lehi City in 2014 as Club Utah under a conditional use permit, the facility transitioned to its current identity focused on athletic training and events.
The 24,000-square-foot venue includes three full-size basketball courts and six volleyball courts, supporting a range of activities from daily training sessions and clinics to competitions and rentals. It was named Utah County’s Gym of the Year in 2022 for its role in youth sports development.
Primary users include local youth and amateur programs such as AIM Basketball Academy, 801 Volleyball Club, and Utah Futsal, which utilize the space for skill development and team practices. The center regularly hosts tournaments, including Circle of Champions youth basketball events, Utah AAU Club Volleyball competitions, and the monthly TSPORTS PRO-AM basketball league open to players 18 and older.
No professional sports teams, including any Utah Jazz G League affiliates, currently operate out of the facility. Its programming emphasizes community access, elite club training, and year-round events for athletes of various ages and skill levels.
