CEDAR CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Officials in Cedar City are asking their residents to save as much water as possible amid critical fire danger and Rocky Mountain Power's Public Safety Power Shutoff. According to officials, the planned power outages may impact Cedar City's water wells.
