NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public

hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City

Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider

the following:

1. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate approximately 263.00 feet of right-of-

way located at the southerly terminus of Desert Color Parkway.

Interested persons may present their views in writing by emailing comments

to recorder@sgcityutah.org or by mail to 61 South Main Street, St. George, UT 84770 Attn:

City Recorder prior to the hearing or in person by attending the hearing.
