
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public
hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City
Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider
the following:
A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate all easements as shown on Lots 3, 4, and
former Sac Street, City of St. George Industrial Park, less the Pole Line Easement
that runs east and west across the middle of Lot 3, located at 1313 E 700 N, St.
George (Doc. No. 562501, Washington County Recorder).
B. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a utilities easement and drainage
easement located along the rear lot line of Lot 76, Bloomington Country Club No. 6
Subdivision (Doc. No. 136799, Washington County Recorder).
