Marijuana Mishap On Sept. 7, Weber State University Police Department was actively patrolling the campus and reporting that they could smell marijuana coming from a vehicle in the W3 parking lot, stopping a subject. During the investigation, the officer confirmed that there was marijuana in the vehicle.
