Mountain Crest High School released an athletics and activities calendar for the upcoming months in a report published August 31. The schedule outlines a variety of sporting events and school-wide activities scheduled for September and October 2026.
The September schedule features several athletic competitions, including girls soccer, volleyball, and tennis matches. Girls soccer was scheduled to play Ridgeline on August 31, with a varsity match at 7:00 PM. On September 1, girls volleyball was scheduled to play Sky View, while girls tennis was scheduled to face Tooele. Other scheduled soccer matches include games against Deseret Peak on September 2 and Layton on August 31.
Football and golf are also featured on the calendar. Boys golf was scheduled to compete at Logan River on September 3 and Overlake Golf Course on September 10. Football games include matchups against Ridgeline on September 4 and Sky View on September 11. A homecoming week was scheduled for the period between September 21 and September 26, which includes a pep assembly on September 25.
The school also scheduled various non-sporting events, such as Rush Week from September 1 through September 4 and a Senior Sunrise on September 2. In October, the school scheduled a varsity girls volleyball appearance at the Lehi Tournament on October 2 and a football game against Bear River on October 2.
The calendar also includes events such as the Sterling Scholar Info Night on September 16 and a College Application Kickoff Assembly on September 28. Cross country is scheduled to participate in the Border Wars at Taylorsville on September 12 and the Nike Invite on September 26.
