According to a September 12 report, Snow College athletic teams experienced a range of outcomes across multiple sports, including victories in soccer and losses in football and volleyball.
In men's soccer, the No. 14 Snow Badgers defeated No. 12 USU-Eastern Utah 2-1 on Saturday during SWAC play. Landon Michaelis and JJ Cubillas each scored for the Badgers, while Leandro Robles scored for the Eagles in the loss.
In women's soccer, the No. 20 Snow Badgers also secured a 2-1 victory over No. 19 USU-Eastern Utah on Saturday in SWAC play. Jolee Irvin and Hallie Hansen each scored for Snow, while Brookley Rasmussen scored for the Eagles.
Other results included a 35-30 loss for No. 5 Snow in football to Kilgore in Kilgore, Texas. In women's volleyball at the Bruin Bash, No. 17 Snow lost to No. 1 Miami-Dade (Fla.) 3-0, but defeated Odessa (Texas) 3-2.
The diverse results across Snow College's programs highlight a competitive weekend of collegiate athletics.
